Hi Dear,
I am doing civil works under CPWD orders.
Now Service Tax is applicable on Civil works hence need service tax rates on civil.
also is any calculation like 10 / 15% on order value......?
confirm pls.

14% service tax payable on 40% of contract value in case of original works.
29 June 2015
In case of Original Works: 5.60%.
In case of other works: 9.80%.

Agreed with the above. For details, please read notification 24/2012 ST as amended by notification 11/2014 ST.
