Service tax rate on civil works

29 June 2015 Hi Dear,

I am doing civil works under CPWD orders.

Now Service Tax is applicable on Civil works hence need service tax rates on civil.

also is any calculation like 10 / 15% on order value......?

confirm pls.

29 June 2015 14% service tax payable on 40% of contract value in case of original works.
