Service tax rate for Consultancy services by Companies and non companies. Is reverse tax applicable for consultancy services??? Please reply.

Current rate for service tax shall be 15% including krishi kalyan cess if u are providing legal consultancy (as a lawyer ) reverse charge is applicable

If you are providing legal consultancy then reverse charge is applicable only when you provide services to business entity with a turnover of 10 lac else legal consultancy service is exempt

Sir we are service receiver of (Construction Company). Can you please tell me whether we have to charge reverse tax. and what will be the rate???

sir our company is a construction company and we receive services from various project consultancies ( Both Company and Non Company). Whether reverse tax is applicable on these services and what will be the rate of reverse tax of these services if applicable
