A Ltd. is a EPC Co. taken servicess from B Co. which is a partnership firm (lebelling and compation work) now my query is which rate of service tax B. co. will charge in his invoice ?

10 July 2012 There is no reverse charge in your case and entire service tax has to be collected and paid to the govt by the service provider unless otherwise exempted.
