22 October 2012 Application for registration is to be made online through www.aces.gov.in

Log in and create user id and password by clicking new user registration.

Log on and click 'REG' ST-1 will be displayed.

The form shall be filed online with all the required details and submit online itself.

A print of the form submitted online shall be taken and along the documents as specified below , shall be submitted to the department before the concerned superintendent.

The registration certificate will be sent in e-mail, in Form ST-2,which may be downloaded and it should get signed and sealed by the jurisdictional superintendent.

Documents required for registration :-

1.Self certified copy of PAN, (where allotment is pending, copy of the application for PAN may be given)
2.Copy of MOA/AOA in case of Companies.
3.Copy of Board Resolution in case of Companies.
4.Copy of Lease deed/Rental agreement of the premises.
5.A brief technical write up on the services provided.
6.Partnership deed in case of Partnership firm.
7.Self attested copy of address proof of partner/ proprietor /director or authorized signatory.
