Our Co. is provide export services which is exempt, then can we avail input credit of service tax which we pay on input services or not?

Hi Friend
In this case you will not get input credt.
If your output service is exempt then credit is not allowed as per Cevat Credit Rule 2004.

There are scheme of service tax under which you can cliam the input credit as refund.
