Service tax returm Form ST3 is filed half yearly

This time due to advent of negative list from 01/07/2012, the ST3 to be filed by extended date of 25th November,12 would cover a period of 3 months only... 1st April to 30th June, 12. The offline excel utility for preparing XML file of same for uploading, is available on aces website...

Service tax return for the period from 01/04/2012 to 30/06/2012 has to be filed in form ST-3 on or before November 25, 2012 vide order dated 3/2012 dated 15/10/2012 which can be seen in https://www.servicetax.gov.in/st-notfns-home.htm
