18 March 2016 if service tax paid under RCM and avail abatement also
whether i can avail service tax input ,paid to government or not. as a service tax input.

19 March 2016 service tax paid under RCM can take input on payment basis as per GAR-7 challan

if transport service provider does not charge service tax in bill and i paid only service tax under RCM 30% after abatement whether i can avail service tax input after payment of service tax paid.
