Service tax on transportation

Please tell me that abatement of 75% on Transport of Goods by Road has been abolished, means now shall we pay service tax on 100% of Service or not. If yes then please tell me effective date.

as per my knowledge also there is no such circular. we also are getting abatement of 75%.

Under reverse charge mechanism it is mentioned as 100% liability for service receiver. Probably based on that mr naveen would have thought that there is no abatement. It is not so. Abatement of 75% still continues in the current period also by separate notification.
