we pay 2000 Rs to transporter & reimburse 2500 Rs From the party.Which amt is liable for service tax?

you are liable for service tax on what you paid.

service tax will be paid obn the amount paid to transporter i.e Rs.2000. The reimmbursement is immaterial.
