29 January 2014 Assessee is engaged in road construction business in 2004-05. if any person provides manpower supply to the assessee than whether other party providing service of labour is liable to service tax or not. If yes than effective date with notification No.?

29 January 2014 it is covered under partial reverse charge with effect from 30 June 2012.
