Our Company is proving building to ABC pvt Ltd. for 30000/-pm on rent so i want to know our company liabilities to charge ST on Rent

No need to pay service tax if you have received of Rs. 30,000/- per month rent. Upto the 10 lakhs in financial year exempt from service tax.
