yes.Applicable for renting commercial prorperty

In delhi there is a stay order form Delhi High court for charging ST, but Finance bill 2010 has made applicable retrospectively, once the budget passed.so, start charging nowonwards.

Yes service tax on rent as per the amendment proposed in the Finance Bill will be w. e. f. 01.06.2007
