Hi....
i am insurance brokers having registered with insurance companies like icici, hdfc etc and having agreements with the companies.
i would like to know the applicability on service tax if i raise invoice to companies & gross service amount is more than 12 lacs

If you are raising Invoice in the capacity of Ins agent then no ST is applicable
