My business from Insurance TPAs is only 5 lacs my overall input services including house keeping, AMCs Repairs and Job work etc. is 25 lacs, can i claim input credit of service tax in such case?

Cenvat input taken for related out put services. so what ever related to TPA service canbe taken, in case any general service cenvat is there can be taken on percentage of taxable service basis
