10 September 2013 Dear experts,

I am planning to start a business of home delivery service of food products/general groceries/ration. Please tell me how many taxes we have to pay and what are the rates?

10 September 2013 VAT only will be applicable. Rate depends on the item and state.
secondly, if home delivery charges are billed separately then service tax also will be applicable after the total amount of service reaches Rs. 10 Lakh
