30 January 2013 Dear Sir,

Our one of the client is providing selling agent service to a company, and that company is paying commission for this then under which service same will be covered and is there any exemption from service tax.

14 June 2013 This service is taxable under "business auxiliary service". Only small scale exemption is available and services provided to exporters. Small Scale Exemption also not available in case service is provided under the brand name of another person
