26 October 2010 we have received lawyers services. (Indian) lawyers billed our parents company - based on France, France company reimbursement ( billed to us ) to us, is it taxable for service tax or not, or if taxable than when it is due.

26 October 2010 The relevant question is whether the Indian lawyers were a business entity or practioners [ proprietors/ firms] If not business entities there is no liability.

Secondly the question of reim busements
being taxable is in doubt as the basic issue is that there is no service. however this aspect has not been judicially settled. Call has to be taken
