Dear sir,
Iam started new business (CHA agent). Now I raised invoice to party with service tax.
Pl suggest me how many copies of invoice to party as laws or rules & Pl mention notification no or rules or laws.

CHA works on reimbursement model. You need to raise one copy of invoice along with all supporting bills for which reimbursement is claimed by you. Refer circular no. Circular No. 119/13/2009-S.T., dated 21-12-2009
