23 January 2014 Mr.A providing betting agent service between service provider and service receiver (service provider B race club limited and service receiver Mr.c).B race club ltd raised a bill in the name of Mr.A and also charging service tax in same bill after that MR A issued a bill in the name of Mr.C adding some commission amount on the same bill received from b.ltd.Mr.A received some amount from Mr.C (like commission/brokerage)for fixing the betting between Co. and Mr.c. In this situation Mr.A liable to pay service tax on such amount received from Mr.c or not. pls reply in details ( like taxable service name,circular/notification no. if any)
