hello everyone
service tax is not applicable in special economic zone.
mr. x a chartered accountant raised bill of vat audit and added 10.3% service tax on it.
is it correct.

Service tax is not applicable only on Authorised Operations in case of SEZ opeations, so Mr X raised the correct bill.
