I run sole priopertrship concern that is coaching institute what are the service tax complications and tds complications i have started business in april 2015 and i do sales of hardly 700000 per momnth ????????????

27 August 2015 INR 700,000 per month from April 2015...

Apply for Service Tax registration.

Income Tax TDS may not be applicable to you so soon.

27 August 2015 Since you have started the business this year, you can once claim the basic 10 lakh.

There is a small point in this...you need to charge, if at all you want, service tax in your bill from 10 lakh and above. But if you have started charging service tax prior to 10 lakh, you need to pay the same and in that case you can not claim the basic exemption.
