Your question is not clear, if you require your division code you can get the same by going to cbec site for epayment and fill the -https://cbec.nsdl.com/EST/InputPageForEPaymentServlet When you proceed for payment of ST you get whole detail of your registration including Service Tax Division code.
In case of very new registration: you need to apply to your Assistant commissioner's Office or jurisdictional superintended for the same.
