How we get our Service Tax Devision code For new user Registration

Your question is not clear, if you require your division code you can get the same by going to cbec site for epayment and fill the -https://cbec.nsdl.com/EST/InputPageForEPaymentServlet
When you proceed for payment of ST you get whole detail of your registration including Service Tax Division code.
In case of very new registration: you need to apply to your Assistant commissioner's Office or jurisdictional superintended for the same.
