02 July 2011 Sir / Madam,

For Assessee Code AENPT5526KSD003, whenever i am trying to get details from ACES website, its showing message "No records available for given Assessee Code".

Please clarify as to why this is showing the above message while We had applied for ST Registration Certificate on 10th June, 2011. Please update the current status urgently.

02 July 2011 visit the R/O where you have sent the documents, it may be pending for some clarification.

03 July 2011 sir premises has been demolished for which registration has been sought but authorised signatory's (Proprietor) address is as it is. Just want to know is it the reason that registration site (ACES) is not showing details.

Kindly advice and guide.

03 July 2011 Site is not a criteria for registration. The business has been registered and you have uploaded the data.

Visit the respective Office and ward and find out the dealing person you will be able to get it. Just try.

but just want to know that whether verification is done also for the premises for which registration has been sought because that has been demolished.

i am a banker and seeking this information on behalf of my customer..will be i be able to get clarification if i go there or will he has to visit the ward.
