Service tax bill issued in march 2013

my question is, we have issued bill in march 2013 & got the cheque for the same but we have not yet paid service tax to the government for march month.... what is the date to sumbit the amount of service tax every month? & what is the interest rate if we paid late?

For Individuals/ Partnership Firms Service Tax Deposited Quarterly using GAR7
Due Dates:
April-June------5th July
July-September----5th October
October-December------5th January
January-March------31st March.
In case of Companies Service Tax Deposited Monthly using GAR7.
For companies due date is 5th of Succeeding month (6th in case of e-payment). For the month of march due date is 31st March.

Interest under section 75 of the Service Tax Act
Section 75 of Service Tax Act vides notification No. 14/2011-Service Tax dt. 01.03.2011 and 15/2011-Service Tax dt. 01.03.2011 in which also the rate of interest is increased to 18% p.a.
“Provided that in the case of a service provider, whose value of taxable services provided in a financial year does not exceed sixty lakh rupees during any of the financial years covered by the notice issued under sub-section (3) of section 73A or during the last preceding financial year, as the case may be, such rate of interest shall be reduced by three percent per annum.”

Thanks but the turnover is below 60lacs
suppose taxable liability is 10,000
10,000 X 15%/100 = 1,500
1,500 /365 days X no of days which delayed.
the above calculation is right sir?
