Service tax applicability to charitable trust

My Company is a transport company and it transports cement to the Individuals and Charitable Trust and the Company is Recognising Service Tax Liabilty @25% of the Value. whether the Company is actually Required to Recognize the Liabilty or the Trust is Liable for the Service Tax Please Interpret the Notification Thanks in Advance.
