WE RECEIVED DEMAND NOTICE FROM DEPARTMENT
WE FAILED TO MAKE APPEAL( WHICH IS REQUIRED TOBE MAKE WITHIN 2 MONTHS TO COMM.(APPEALS)).
NOW IF WE WANT CHALLENGE DEMAND NOTICE THEN WHAT CAN WE DO ???????

You may file appeal with an 'application to condone the delay' together with an affidavit in support of the said application.
