Service tax and itr-4 returns

Please help me in the following scenario:
* i was employed from April 2011 till December 2011 with a company where in TAX was automatically deducted from my salary. total accumulated salary was 7 lakhs, and tax deducted around 60,000.
* on January 2012, i set up my own business (proprietory)which is in development stage. I have ST registration for it. Till date i have not generated any revenue out of it. I have filled ST-3 (oct 2011-mar 2012), all with value NIL.
Now i am confused how to fill IT return. whether i should fill ITR-4, ITR-4s or SAHAJ form ?
Please assist.
