I want to know as per new budget 12.36% service tax converted into 14%. My query is that when it is applicable? or which date?
it is from 01.04.2015.?

In Point No. 3.3 it is clearly mentioned that "The new Service Tax rate shall come into effect from a date to be notified by the Central Government after the enactment of the Finance Bill, 2015." So till the new rates are notified Service Tax rate will be 12.36%

25 March 2015 Okay thanks sir. But i want to know when enactment of the finance bill,2015 ? i am working in service industries so this date is most important to know me.
