23 August 2018 Dear Sir,

Our Service tax assessment is going on and department ask to pay service tax f.y. 13-14 for short payment,

But actual it is adjusted with our cenvat credit CENVAT CREDIT ACCOUNT - INPUTS (R. G. 23A - PART II) but we have shown in the return can department will allow the same or we have to pay the service tax amount with Interest

Please revert on the same.

23 August 2018 If You are adjusted with Your ITC then Show the details to the Range Officer... They ll Consider the Input details which is eligible Your business...

23 August 2018 Sir, We maintained CENVAT CREDIT ACCOUNT - INPUT S (R. G. 23A - PART II) in Excel format , but when we file our service tax return for the period Oct-March 13-14, we have not shown service tax amt payable is adjusted against cenvat credit, means we have not mentioned the amt in cenvat credit column

In sauch condition department will allow the credit or not,

As per Your reply...
I can't assume in the view of Range Officer. Better to Show Your details with documents to Officer. They will decide the adjustments...
