Sir/Madam,
Labour charges received (income) exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs in preceding year and hence now i want to get Ser, Tax Registration No. Now i wants to know my service falls under which taxable service in which i required to get registered..??

It will fall under Manpower supply and Security services.

Thanks for reply Seetharaman Sir,,, now pls know me that if individual proprietor providing service as contractor in which he is doing work with material also and labour charges recovered (excluding material) exceed Rs. 10 lakhs in preceding year. Would he liable to Service tax Regd. under manpower supply service ... ??? OR business auxilliary service OR any other service...??? Requested to clearify my confusion..??

Dear Sir.. pls take into consideration that labours are working through contract labour and labour works under control of contractor and principal employer has no control over labour. I thing it is not a manpower supply service...?? Please clearify.

As material is involved it will fall under works contract. For service tax valuation exclude material value.
