Is service tax is payble under RCM in case of GTA services...if service provider and receiver is of same nature ?( i.e both are pvt ltd compnies)?

yes ... If one company receives GTA service from another company then the receiver company has to pay service to govt.

Service provider should collect tax from service receiver, & in turn pay it to treasury.
