one of client paid service tax to service provider but now it is found that he is not registered service provider than what we do now ?

Just debit his account by the servicetax amount and adjust in latet bills...charge interest if u can do so
.

But how ur client paid like that with out knowing this
.

On invoice he should quote pan no. And servicetax registration
.
One should see this begore making payment
