then vineet,
service tax wl be on the gross profit ?? is there any slab? how it wl be if gross prfit is 20-25 lac? any interest liable now as still stax not paid.

hi shruti,
service tax is on gross receipts. Further the same need to be realised from the shpr. Kindly confirm whether they are willing to pay.
there is no slabs on service tax. the rate is 12.36% on gross receipts.
interest need to be paid @12% p.a. u/s 75 of the service tax act.
before proceeding with the payment of service tax please take a second opinion.
