Dear Experts
I am a importer of Excisable product ,
i am registerd dealer (first stage)
i have paid charges to CHA and GTA
being a Dealer can i claim service tax credit on the service tax paid to CHA and on behalf of GTA.
Its urgent , kinldy reply with the relevant provision

ST credit is available to a manufacturer paying excise duty or a service provider paying servic etax ONLy.
