05 April 2013 I am not cross service value 10 lakhs.can I responsable the service tax return and service Tax?

05 April 2013 if you have service tax number, then you have to file service tax NIL return.
but service tax need not to be charged if your previous year (not this year) services were less than 10 lacs.
