Dear AlL,
We are paying service on RCM like GTA, Legal Services, Manpower Suppy, Royalty .
whether we can take input or not on above services and what is procedures has to follow.
please help and thanks in advance.

Under CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004 one can avail of Input credit on service tax paid under the RCM.
The valid input document is the GAR-7 challan evidencing the payment of tax in cash.
Please check up the definition of input services in the Rules and ensure that GTA qualifies as Input Service.
