19 November 2012 In J&K service tax is not applicable but rail service provided by Indian railway in J&K ST is charged on AC tickets it is correct or not plz provide details to me?

22 November 2012 As per Place of provision Rules of service Tax, TAx is to be charged for journey beginning from states other than J.K.
For E.g Tax is applicable for train boarded from delhi for J.K. But reverse not taxable
