Dear Sir / Madam
We want to sell our company's car and one of our director is buying it. What is the procedure to follow? Shall we charged VAT & issue invoice etc??? Please advise.

Please pass a resolution so that the transcation is taken at arms lengh pricing.. also the company shall be required to collect and pay VAT for the same.
