If the Company appoints a Selling Agent for selling of all its scraps, moveable/immoveable items, surplus/condemned/obsolate materias, equipments, machineries etc. then whether such appointment will be regulated by Section 294 of the Companies Act, 1956? The definition of Sole Selling Agent or the nature of agency have not been mentioned in the Act.

It basically deals with sole selling agent in relation to the main source revenue product of the company.
