15 January 2011 Myself Biswajit Das. I m 32 yrs.I have completed B.Com in 2004.Now I m doing job in Judicial Deptt as LDC. Do I have any opportunity to get better job/carerer in the field of account.Then what should I do at this age?

Learn Accountancy upto the stage of Merger and Amalgamations.

Get knowledge about Accounting Standards to have a bright career.

Join a CA firm at least for 2 years and focus on learning than the amount you receive as a salary.

Join only those firm of CA where not less than 4 CAs are partner.
