I am completed c.s executive stage on June 2010 and also completed EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM from PUNE chapter in April 2011. I am Lawyer and I am practicing at Bombay High court last two and hap year.. and till continue so I am able to Seek any exemption from training..?

No my friend exemption in your case is not possible on the basis of your practice. You have to undergo 15 months training to get ICSI membership.
