hey, please tell me the procedure to get exemption in costing paper of cs executive (old course) in dec 2013 exam on the basis of completion of m.com. exam.

You Can mention in exam form in exemption column & pay appropriate fees of exam form & attach the certified exam results of your M.com exsm result
your DD amount will be Exam fees + Exemption fees
