Hii all.
Section which are not applicable under the companies act 2013, in their place provisions under the old (1956) act will have to be followed.
My query is:
Is there any MCA circular in this regard?

there is no need for any circular as they have mentioned those sections which are notified by mca under co act 2013 are to be applied and which are not changed the existing provisions shall be governing the same.
