19 October 2013 Hi there. Im appearing in Nov13 ipcc. So far my preparation for law is going good but i want to know that is it must to mention sections in your answers. I know its a good practice to do but is it must?? How much marks weightage i lose if i dont? Thanks in advance..

20 October 2013 No its not must. mention Sections and case law only if you are 100% sure. At least 25% weightage can be associated with it.
