all sections need to remember in company law and economic law for exam for cs executive ?

It is very much required to quote sections in professional exams especially in CS.
As per my suggestion try to remember sections. However if you r unable to recall in exam then avoid quoting wrong section.
But try to develop habit of remembering sections as the same will help you in your professional career.
