Railway contractor , executes construction of Station buildings , bridges etc , I want to know the section under which it is exempted

Services by way of construction, erection, commissioning, or installation of original works pertaining to Railway is covered by entry no. 14 of Mega Exemption Notification 25/2012-ST.
