13 March 2009 Condition : - The Industrial Undertaking must begin to manufacture or produce article or thing within the time limit January 7 ,2003 to March 31,2012.

In The Case of an EXISTING UNIT , SUBSTANTIAL EXPANSION SHOUD TAKE PLACE DURING THE TIME LIMIT January 7 ,2003 to March 31,2012

I am not clear regarding Existing Unit.

Is it unit which establish after January 7, 2003 is called existing unit or only establish before January 7, 2003 is called existing unit.

PLEASE GIVE ME REPLY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

13 March 2009 substantial expansion is for those units which are already existing before jan. 7 2003. substantial expansion should take place between jan.7 2003 to march 31.2012.
