27 February 2014 u can claim interest so paid on that loan, if the loan is taken for higher studies.
Money should b borrowed frm - Banks, Fin. Inst. or charitable trust.

Higher Studies: Any academic or professional course or vocational course pursued after completion of Higher Secondary.

Dedn. shall b available 4 max. 8 years frm the date when 1st interest is paid.
