Whether Wind up under section 484 requires a special resolution or ordinary resolution?Anybody pls explain how section 484 can be interpreted in this regard.

i) Ordinary resolution is enough if company was formed for a fixed period or to be dissolved on the happening of an event mentioned in the articles of association of the company.
ii) In other cases can be wound up voluntarily by passing a special resolution.
