Yes, all professionals can opt 44ADA.

Only those professionals who are engaged in profession referred to in Section 44AA can opt for presumptive taxation under section 44 ADA.

Section 44ADA specifically states Professions as per Section 44AA(1) and does not widen the scope to include any other profession.
